Our Story

Skewers was established in 2001 and is a highly respected catering and take out business and is now situated among Cummings Properties at the junction of I-93 and I-95 at 150 #F New Boston Street.

Skewers is independently owned and owner-operated and focused on serving fresh, tasty, and healthy food. Owners Pantelis Karakatsanis, an immigrant from Kalymnos, Greece and his wife Ann an immigrant from Derry in Northern Ireland, co-operate the business.

Skewers2GO menu is a quick, healthier alternative to fast food. The menu has been developed from beloved Greek recipes of marinated meats and seafood. The dishes are made fresh daily by one talented, in- house culinary team.

Skewers is available for Take Out and Delivery and at our POP UP events at local businesses . Our schedule can be viewed on our homepage. Skewers Catering is currently offering individually wrapped and boxed meal options and can Accommodate all types of dietary needs. This provides a quick and easy way to keep office teams safe and well fed.

The Greek Street Feast serves 4-6 or 8 people, at home or at the office.
